As a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping employees relocate across the world while ensuring compliance with immigration policies. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global mobility, international assignments, and cross-border compliance while working with a dynamic and collaborative HR team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Global Mobility Coordination:
- Partner with HR, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition teams to provide expert guidance on Global Mobility policies and best practices.
- Assist in planning and coordinating international assignments, relocations, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Prepare cost estimates and documentation for expat assignments, international transfers, and domestic relocations.
- Conduct policy briefings with relocating employees and assignees to set them up for success.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate relocation, immigration, and tax services.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from employees, HR teams, and external vendors, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
- Manage the internal mobility ticketing system and track case progress.
- Stay ahead of Global Mobility trends and contribute to process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
Immigration & Compliance:
- Track and manage visa expiration dates in collaboration with our immigration vendor to ensure timely renewals.
- Support employees, HR, and hiring teams by providing insights on visa requirements, sponsorship options, and work authorization processes.
- Review and sign immigration documentation for visa applications.
- Prepare business travel letters to support visa applications for international business trips.
- Coordinate PERM recruitment activities and ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.
- Assess remote work requests from an immigration and tax risk perspective.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on tax year-end activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all global mobility activities and report key data insights to leadership.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with relocation, immigration, and tax vendors to review active cases, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide vendors with necessary case details for accurate records management.
- Approve visa renewals and relocation initiations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR functions.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, and PERM. Experience with global immigration in EMEA and APJ is a plus!
- Familiarity with expatriate tax concepts and international payroll considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, immigration, business, or a related field.
- Strong case management, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to assess situations and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $77,000 – $116,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
