OUR INSIDE SALES TEAM
The Inside Sales Organization is where our company mission begins. The ISO serves two critical functions: 1) increasing Field Sales productivity by establishing qualified customer appointments, and 2) developing future sales leaders for field assignments.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
You will be the Line Manager for a team of in house Sales Development Reps who cover the Enterprise market for France at Pure Storage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, evaluate and enable performance to scale Pure's revenue in the Enterprise's market.
- Cultivate a high performing culture by guiding and measuring the team against financial quotas, forecast linearity, level of activity with customers, and pipeline.
- Collaboration and teaming with cross-functional teams and partners on campaign design, execution and output from these campaign.
- Drive results on Qualified Leads, opportunities, pipeline's growth and bookings through the closure of deals.
- Monitor daily activity of SDRs including outbound calls, target of customers list and coach the team on working on effective tasks aimed at bringing results.
- Conduct weekly 1-1s with team members and any ad hoc meeting to support employes through the sales life cycle.
- Create togetherness and share best practices through team meetings to ensure the team is up to speed with Company's governance, and is well informed on market trends and business intelligence.
- Establish and report on key metrics to measure the performance of the inside sales activities; create plans and execution steps to correct deficiencies where necessary
- Collaborate with the cross theater inside and outside sales leadership on operational excellence, consistency, territory planning and execution
- Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
- Hire skilled, talented professionals to work in Enterprise Sales Development roles for Pure Storage
- Train new hires and provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- A successful track-record of sales achievement and overachievement.
- Astute and knowledgable on the Enterprise market across France, with the ability of sharing external trends and business intelligence with the team to enhance people skills and to shape the way sales tasks are approached.
- Sales Management experience, with the ability to drive results across each stage of the sales life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience building, training, handling, growing and developing a world-class sales development team.
- Track record of successful performance management of team members.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology and database.
- Demonstrated experience with selling through partners in an inside sales management role.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Paris 3-5 days per week.
- Fluent, Business Level, written and verbal French Language skills
- Legally allowed to work in the France without the need for Visa Sponsorship
