As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key contributor in transforming our partner and sales digital experiences. Working with the Senior Director of GTM and Partner Experience, you’ll enhance the partner portal, digital proposal platform, business planning tools, and reporting dashboards. Your role ensures seamless, data-driven, user-friendly solutions for autonomous partner engagement.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE…
- Execute the vision for the Partner Digital Experience to implement and maintain an effective, up-to-date experience aligned with business needs.
- Document business requirements for tools such as the digital proposal platform, account planning and mapping tools, and dashboards/reporting.
- Map requirements to system needs, translating business needs into specifications (business requirement document), working with IT or external consultants for implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Gather requirements for partner master data and metrics, and work with our IT teams regarding the requirements and with our ops teams on data governance.
- Lead user acceptance testing, ensure new tools and enhancements meet standards through thorough testing.
- Build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across teams to gather relevant updates and display them effectively on the portal.
- Analyze metrics for continuous improvement, use partner metrics and feedback to identify trends and improve experiences and adoption.
- Drive adoption of partner portal and other digital tools, promote usage among partners and sales teams for empowered, autonomous engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
- 8+ years in GTM, digital transformation, or partner enablement
- Experience executing digital visions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and user-focused design
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven improvements
- Experience in Agile or iterative development and change management
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Familiarity with tech or channel ecosystems (SaaS knowledge preferred)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $172,000 – $259,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
