Training & Enablement Intern (Summer 2025)

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Support the Global Enablement team in designing and coordinating enablement programs
- Assist in the planning and execution of onboarding processes, workshops, and training sessions
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Work cross-functionally with program managers, curriculum developers, and subject matter experts to drive program success
- Gather feedback and conduct improvement surveys to refine enablement initiatives
- Provide logistical support, including resource tracking and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Training/Enablement, Business, Program Management or a business-related field, with an expected graduation date in or after December 2025
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collect and understand data in sets
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
- Bonus: Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Seismic, etc.)
- Bonus: Awareness of Seismic, Intellum, Asana, and other program management tools
- Able to work 12 consecutive weeks full-time during Summer 2025
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The hourly range is $25 – $30. Salary ranges are determined based on academic degree at the time of offer extended. And because we understand the value of bringing your full and best self to work, we offer a variety of perks and company-sponsored team events to manage a healthy balance.
