SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

We are seeking a Program Administrator (Contractor) to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Enablement team by streamlining key operational processes and alleviating workload constraints. This role will be responsible for managing interviewer training, referral processing, interview scheduling optimizations, and operational audits. The Program Administrator will work closely with talent acquisition teams across regions to ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition programs while enhancing efficiency and improving the candidate experience.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global time zones with teams in different regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interviewer Training & Certification – Manage training sessions and certification processes, ensuring trainees move through the process seamlessly and in a timely manner to address the backlog of uncertified interviewers. Track certification progress and ensure compliance with interviewer training standards.
  • Interview Program Management – Conduct interviewer capacity audits and optimize scheduling to balance workload distribution. Assist in process improvements for interview coordination.
  • Referral Program Administration – Oversee referral processing to ensure timely attention to employee referrals. Partner with recruiters to track and enhance referral workflows. Own ticketing queue for Employee Referral inquiries.
  • Auditing & Tool Monitoring – Conduct regular audits of interviewer capacity, scheduling efficiency, and compliance with internal processes. Identify operational gaps and propose improvements.
  • Global Scheduling Support – Act as a flex resource across different time zones, stepping in to support high-volume scheduling needs and peak demand periods.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, TA operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, or HR software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools. Experience using project management tools and/or ticketing systems is a plus.

  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
