THE ROLE
As a Territory Systems Engineer (TSE), you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Territory Account Executive (TAE) to bring Everpure’s vision to life. You’ll act as the technical backbone of the territory, helping customers and partners validate solutions, modernize their infrastructure, and unlock the full value of their data.
You’ll work closely with the TAE, Partner SEs, and channel partners across your assigned region, enabling technical success throughout the sales cycle. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate deal progression and drive customer outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Territory Systems Engineer (TSE), you will:
- Support Technical Sales Execution & Deal Progression: Partner closely with the TAE and Partner SEs to align on technical strategy, validate solutions, and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide Technical Validation & Sizing Expertise: Review and guide complex solution designs, sizing, quotes, and proposal design ensuring accuracy while empowering partners to become more self-sufficient.
- Articulating Everpure’s value: Create Everpure Value Reviews (EVRs) and present them to customers in a clear and compelling way, effectively communicating how Everpure’s solutions deliver meaningful value and benefits to their business.
- Account management: Maintaining customer satisfaction by collaborating with the support organization and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Enable Partners & Build Technical Capability: Deliver ongoing enablement to non-named and developing partners through training, tools, and resources to strengthen their technical capabilities and sales effectiveness.
- Act as a Technical Advisor & Helpdesk Resource: Serve as a go-to technical point of contact for partners across the territory, providing troubleshooting support and guidance across customer opportunities.
- Drive Tool Adoption & Sales Process Alignment: Promote and ensure effective use of Everpure’s tools and platforms across the sales cycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and deal velocity.
- Strengthen Channel Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partner SEs, Distribution Account Managers (DAMs), and Partner Technical Managers (PTMs) to align technical and sales efforts across opportunities.
- Coordinate Technical Resources & Events: Organize and support technical workshops, bootcamps, and enablement sessions by collaborating with specialists, corporate teams, and partner stakeholders.
- Support Partner Program Success: Collaborate with DAMs and PTMs to track partner performance, support program initiatives, and contribute to overall partner ecosystem growth.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore/Mumbai office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Technical Expertise: A strong foundation in enterprise infrastructure, storage technologies, and modern architectures, with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
- Sales & Solution Alignment in partner organization: Experience supporting technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution validation, sizing, and customer-facing engagements in a B2B technology environment in partner landscape
- Partner-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with channel partners, enabling their success while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships.
- Enablement & Coaching Ability: A passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering partners through training, tools, and shared best practices.
- Operational Discipline: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain structure in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing customer and partner needs.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA/BE) required
- 4-6+ years of B2B professional experience, preferably in systems engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience in enterprise storage or related infrastructure technologies
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English required
- Willing to work in the ANZ shift (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST) from the office.
- Comfortable with a 5-day work week, including a balanced travel commitment (approximately 50% travel, 50% office-based work).
NICE TO HAVE
- Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, and emerging infrastructure trends.
- Channel Experience:Understanding of partner-led sales models and experience working within a channel ecosystem.
- Technical Certifications:Relevant certifications in storage, cloud, or infrastructure technologies.
- Digital Tools: Experience using technical and sales tools for sizing, design, and collaboration.
