Senior Corporate Event Manager, Event Technology

Bellevue, Washington; New York, New York; Raleigh, North Carolina; Santa Clara, California

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the architect of our global event technology ecosystem, you will transform complex technical requirements into seamless, data-rich experiences for thousands of attendees worldwide. You will lead the strategy for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 proprietary events, collaborating across Marketing, IT, and Sales teams to build a scalable, integrated event technology stack, supporting events that elevate Everpure’s brand. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technology innovation and physical event execution, ensuring every touchpoint—from registration to on-site engagement to post-event analysis—is frictionless, secure, and insightful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and Execute Strategy: Own the global event technology roadmap, overseeing the selection and implementation of platforms for registration, mobile apps, and content operations to ensure a unified experience across all flagship conferences and roadshows.
  • Evolve the Data Ecosystem: Support the integration of event tech with Salesforce, Marketo, and BI tools to maintain high data integrity and provide stakeholders with real-time, actionable insights into attendee behavior and ROI.
  • Optimize the Attendee Journey: Drive UX improvements across web and mobile flows, instrumenting the registration and on-site journey to reduce friction, increase conversion rates, and boost overall satisfaction scores.
  • Lead On-Site Innovation: Manage the deployment of resilient on-site solutions—including RFID, badging, and session tracking—to create "best-in-class" physical experiences while ensuring 100% operational uptime during mission-critical events.
  • Manage Vendor Partnerships & Governance: Direct the full vendor lifecycle (RFPs, contracts, and QBRs) to optimize our portfolio and ensure strict adherence to global security and privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Enterprise Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in managing enterprise-scale event platforms (Cvent required), mobile applications, and integrated housing/lead retrieval systems for audiences of 5,000+.
  • Technical Integration & Data Fluency: Experience architecting complex integrations between event tools and core business systems like CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) to drive lead flow and data governance.
  • Product & UX Acumen: A product-management mindset with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners through the high-pressure environment of live event execution and Agile project delivery.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
