THE ROLE

Most importantly, in this role you will be the glue that holds the organization together by being responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive and track strategy execution for the engineering and product teams.
  • Be an advisor and thought partner to the VP of Engineering/Site Lead of Prague, including standing in during meetings, supporting key decisions and speaking on their behalf when appropriate.
  • Ensure the organization is optimized and fit for purpose, including supporting succession planning and developing collaboration tools and mechanisms that drive employee development, retention and engagement.
  • Serve as a key point of accountability for business operations. This may include governance, AOP planning and tracking, hiring, vendor management, and administration. Scope may expand beyond the region.
  • Drive operational accountability and financial transparency, including cost efficiencies.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to establish the scope and goals of key efforts and provide leadership support to program teams.
  • Be accountable for setting frameworks, processes, and procedures across the site/business.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of experience leading product teams and/or business operations management.
  • Proven ability to lead business operations and site governance in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans, execute effectively, and track measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity and streamlined operations.
  • Solid understanding of budgets, AOP planning, and financial management.
  • Experience leading functional groups across the product and/or customer lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, align diverse stakeholders, define and refine metrics, and drive operational excellence and business results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
