THE ROLE

As an Engineering Intern on the Master Data Management (MDM) team, you will build the high-fidelity data foundations that power our global enterprise and fuel our AI-driven future. You’ll go beyond theory by shiping code to a real-time platform that synchronizes mission-critical data across the entire organization. Collaborating directly with senior architects, you will solve complex data integrity challenges that have a direct impact on our ability to scale and innovate. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the Development Lifecycle: Design, develop, and deploy enhancements to our MDM platform, ensuring high performance and data reliability for downstream business systems.
• Scale Data Infrastructure: Contribute to the architecture of real-time data pipelines, transforming raw inputs into "golden records" that serve as the single source of truth for the company.
• Drive Technical Innovation: Partner with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex data anomalies and implement automated fixes that reduce manual intervention and improve system uptime.
• Collaborate Globally: Work across functional boundaries to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring our data models meet the needs of a diverse set of internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Software Engineering Foundation: Proficiency in Python or a similar high-level programming language, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Data Fluency: Strong command of SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, ideally with exposure to modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Systems Thinking: A foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure components—such as AWS Lambda, EC2, and containerization—and how they support distributed applications.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset with the communication skills to engage stakeholders and navigate technical roadblocks independently.
