THE ROLE
As a Program Manager you will serve as a strategic engine for our Engineering leadership in Prague. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will balance high-level executive support for the DX VP of Engineering with the execution of BU-wide operational programs. You’ll be the connective tissue between leadership vision and departmental execution, ensuring our engineering organization scales efficiently while maintaining a vibrant, engaged culture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Executive & Strategic Partnership: Orchestrate the DX VP of Engineering’s complex global schedule and travel, ensuring their time is optimized toward the highest-impact business priorities and DDX strategic goals.
- BU Operational Rhythm: Run the end-to-end execution of the BU operational cadence, including All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance scorecards to keep the organization aligned and transparent.
- Communications & Branding: Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that uses innovative technology and AI-driven content to amplify the BU’s mission, celebrate successes, and manage rewards and recognition programs.
- Community & Culture Leadership: Drive employee engagement and morale by leading internal development programs (like Speakeasy), managing offsite events and serving as the primary point of contact for Everpure Good initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements across the BU, specifically leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and increase the efficiency of our cross-functional workflows with Finance and HR and other internal partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Operational & Administrative Mastery: Expert-level ability to manage complex logistics, executive calendars and international travel while simultaneously driving long-term business projects.
- Program Management & Execution: Proven skill in taking a project from an abstract idea to a completed initiative, with the ability to clarify competing priorities and deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional Communication: Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging multimedia content and clear strategic messaging for a global audience.
- Technical Proactivity: High proficiency in Google Workspace and a proactive mindset toward adopting new tools, particularly AI, to solve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborative Autonomy: A self-starter mentality that allows you to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships across global, cross-functional teams.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
