Everpure（旧 Pure Storage）では、日本市場におけるさらなる事業成長の実現に向けて、国内の大手システムインテグレーター（SIer）および販売パートナーとのビジネス拡大をリードいただくパートナーアカウントマネージャー（PAM）を募集しています。

本ポジションは、パートナーテクニカルマネージャー（PTM）と連携しながら、担当パートナーとの中長期的な関係構築と事業成長を推進する重要な役割です。営業、技術、マーケティング、サポート、チャネル部門など社内の各チームと密接に連携し、パートナー企業との協業を通じて市場でのビジネス拡大を実現していただきます。

職務内容

パートナー戦略の立案およびビジネス拡大の推進

担当する大手SIer・販売パートナーと中長期的な成長戦略を策定し、共同ビジネスの拡大を推進します。

パートナーの事業戦略や市場動向、業界トレンドを踏まえたビジネス機会の発掘
Everpureのグローバルおよびリージョナル戦略と連動した成長計画の策定
具体的なアクションプランの立案・実行および成果創出
売上拡大に向けた継続的なパートナービジネスの推進

パートナーとの関係強化および協業促進

パートナー企業の営業部門・技術部門との信頼関係を構築し、Everpure製品およびソリューションの価値を浸透させます。

パートナー担当者との継続的なリレーション構築
提案活動や案件創出に向けた協業推進
製品・ソリューションに関するイネーブルメント活動の実施
パートナー内におけるEverpureの認知度・優先度向上

エグゼクティブレベルでの関係構築

パートナー企業の経営層や事業責任者との関係を構築し、戦略的な協業を推進します。

経営層との定期的なコミュニケーションの実施
両社のビジネス目標に基づく協業施策の推進
パートナー企業におけるEverpureの主要な窓口としての役割遂行

パートナー運営の最適化

パートナー企業とEverpure双方の業務プロセスを理解し、より効率的で効果的な協業体制の構築を目指します。

パートナーとの協業プロセスにおける課題の特定と改善提案
社内外の関係部門との調整および連携強化
パートナーエクスペリエンス向上に向けた施策の立案・実行

応募資格

必須要件

パートナーとの協業を通じて事業成長を実現してきた経験
SIer、販売代理店、またはチャネルビジネスにおける営業・アライアンス・パートナー管理経験
戦略的な視点を持ち、自らビジネス機会を創出・推進できる方
社内外の多様なステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務を推進できる高いコミュニケーション能力
日本語ネイティブレベル

歓迎要件

英語によるコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル歓迎）
エンタープライズIT業界での営業またはパートナー管理経験
ストレージ、インフラ、クラウド、データプラットフォーム領域に関する知識・経験
