FSR Analyst

PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions that address our customers' most complex challenges. As an FSR Analyst, you will work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person technical support for the setup, deployment, and upkeep of an advanced Army intelligence and targeting platform.
  • Perform diagnostic tests, identify issues, and carry out repairs to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
  • Work closely with military users and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and operational continuity.
  • Instruct personnel on how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot both hardware and software aspects of the system.
  • Address technical problems and questions promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to mission-critical operations.
  • Record all support activities, system issues, and resolutions using designated tracking tools and documentation platforms.
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and required modifications.
  • Stay informed on current Army intelligence technologies, system updates, and applicable doctrine to provide relevant support.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for potential system improvements based on real-world usage and user input.

 

Requirements

  • TS clearance with SCI eligibility required
  • Bachelors degree in related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with Army Intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable
  • Experience with Space Operations is highly desired.

 

Tools

  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel

 

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel and work on site which could include up to 60% of CONUS travel and the potential for 3 month OCONUS travel rotations as needed.
