About Your Role
We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to work alongside our Enterprise Account teams in an overlay role focused on QGenda's Enterprise Credentialing scheduling solution. The SAE, Credentialing role focuses on furthering awareness, pipeline, and bookings within Credentialing across a broad number of owned Enterprise accounts, and is charged with working strategically with QGenda's Enterprise Account Owners on effective engagement strategies.
This position will own the end-to-end sales process for Credentialing, develop and manage the pipeline, and strategically position and pitch the QGenda Credentialing solution. This individual will act as a strategic advisor to existing customers and prospects, clearly understanding customer challenges, and offering a solution that aligns with the customer objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive bookings growth by prospecting/hunting new clients and leveraging Enterprise Account Owners' relationships for additional sales opportunities
- Own, develop and foster strong relationships with multiple customer buyers, executives, and Credentialing specific contacts, such as medical staff and HR
- Effectively communicate QGenda's value proposition and benefits across different personas
- Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet an established quota
- Drive the conversion of your pipeline by managing deals from discovery, to pricing, then deal negotiation and managing contract process alongside Enterprise Account Owners
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with BDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience to identify/investigate growth opportunities and drive customer success
- Maintain accurate data for all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce
- Stay up to date with healthcare industry knowledge, trends and market developments
- Provide mentorship to Enterprise Account Owners/Executives around knowledge sharing and best practices
Who You Are
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Adaptable and flexible; ability to work with ambiguity and constant change
- High focus on learning and understanding goals and strategy of customers and prospects
- Consultative, able to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 6+ years of experience selling complex enterprise Credentialing software/saas solutions within the healthcare industry
- Experience closing and growing accounts within a specific territory, with a focus on cross-sell
- Ability to travel, up to 30%
