Within our Professional Services (PS) organization, we are looking for technically savvy individuals that want to help carry out the PS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda. Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity and desire to identify root causes of strange problems but find the most effective solutions to meet the customer’s need are who we are looking for!

As a Professional Services intern, you will internally support exceptional customer experiences by working closely with team members to provide creative solutions to project-based assignments  primarily involving creating and maintaining materials that explain Professional Services processes and support structure to help support the sales team. This will enhance their ability to effectively communicate and sell our services to clients. You will work closely with your manager or project lead to understand the assignment and actions to complete them. 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborates with members of the PS Sale Service team to complete project based assignments within defined time frames and/or meeting identified deadlines.
  • Working closely with the Sales Service leadership team on projects related to our sales opportunities. 
    • Although this is not a customer facing role, you will be expected to complete tasks with outputs that are both customer facing and internal.
    • Responsible for understanding expectations and timeline of assigned projects and reaching out for clarity.
    • Shows attention to detail pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions related to project planning and execution.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
  • Assist in creating, organizing and updating PS materials for the sales team. Having the ability to organize documents to allow easy access. 
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint. 
  • Proficient in documenting processes through both visual representations and written descriptions.
  • Submits hours worked according to company policy.
  • Other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite.  Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgment skills required coupled with flexibility in assignments and multitasking.  
  • Ability to work self sufficiently remotely.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. 

Required

  • High School diploma required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program
  • Ability to travel for training to the Atlanta office
