WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We seek a Growth Manager to join our team as we continue to serve as a key partner in developing the expansion and retention strategies for the Mid-Market companies in our current install base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams throughout the company and develop partnerships with large players in the real estate space. Qualia will be a key participant in enabling the next generation of real estate companies to thrive. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, renewing annual contracts, driving revenue growth for our largest accounts, and adoption of Qualia’s suite of digital real estate products.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Strategically identify and facilitate new opportunities between Mid-Market Accounts and Qualia within the current install base
  • Work on highly visible projects that will require you to collaborate (both internally and externally) with multiple teams to execute successfully
  • Leverage Qualia’s suite of digital real estate products and ecosystem to drive revenue growth and adoption 
  • Prepare go-to-market strategies for Mid-Market Accounts
  • Develop & execute continuous, client-based communications to monitor success, adoption, and satisfaction of Qualia’s products and services
  • Align with both internal and external product teams to implement Qualia’s products

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 4+ years experience in a sales, renewals, or customer success role
  • Experience in the technology space (vertical SaaS experience is a plus)
  • You have a deep, holistic knowledge of tech and business which will allow you to evaluate and act on growth opportunities 
  • Project management experience where you’ve led the growth strategy for multiple initiatives simultaneously from start to finish
  • Product management knowledge that would equip you to strategically understand how the users interact with the product
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives 
  • Experience in a customer facing role where you’ve had to maintain successful relationships with accounts that led to exceptional satisfaction metrics
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product initiatives and develop partnerships 
  • Based in Austin, TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week is required
