De rol
We zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige freelance vertaler om ons International Growth Team te ondersteunen vanuit Nederland of Duitsland (op afstand). In deze rol vertaal en lokaliseer je webpagina’s, productpagina’s, en meer. Daarbij heb je een scherp oog voor detail en een gevoel voor de Nederlandse context, zodat we onze Nederlandstalige doelgroep beter kunnen bereiken.

Taken

  • Vertalen van productpagina’s – Pas productgerelateerde content aan, zodat deze duidelijk, correct en relevant is voor de Nederlandse markt en context.
  • Vertalen van advertenties – Lokaliseer marketingteksten voor digitale advertenties met behoud van de toon en de betekenis van de tekst.
  • Vertalen van microcopy (bijv. toolteksten) – Vertaal korte UI/UX-teksten zoals knoppen, tooltips en labels nauwkeurig, waarbij gebruiksvriendelijkheid centraal staat.
  • Vertalen van veelgestelde vragen (FAQ’s) – Lokaliseer ondersteunende content, zodat gebruikers gemakkelijk oplossingen en antwoorden kunnen vinden.
  • Vertalen van overige webcontent – Pas verschillende soorten online content aan en zorg voor consistentie in terminologie en volg de interne stijlgids.

Vereisten

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (grammatica en stijl)
  • Professionele beheersing van het Engels
  • Praktische ervaring met vertalen
  • Goed functioneren in een snelle, internationale omgeving
  • Veel oog voor detail
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bereikbaarheid
  • Wonend in Nederland of Duitsland (werk op afstand)
  • Aantal uur: ongeveer 5 uur per week

Pre’s

  • Opleiding in taalkunde of vertaalwetenschap
  • Ervaring met SEO, copywriting of het schrijven van webteksten
  • Ingeschreven als zelfstandige (bijv. geldige KvK-registratie in Nederland of VAT-nummer in Duitsland)
  • Affiniteit met AI-schrijftools
