Location & Remote Work
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About the Team
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Senior Engineer will be the primary technical lead for the Threat Intelligence area, responsible for defining the strategy, doctrine, and operational standards of the program. The main focus will be the production of actionable intelligence, full lifecycle management of CTI, and leading advanced collection efforts, with emphasis on the threat and fraud landscape in Brazil and Latin America. This professional will serve as the CTI focal point for the entire company, raising the technical level of the Cyber team.
Responsabilities
- Doctrine and Technical Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Cyber Threat Intelligence doctrine, ensuring program consistency and effectiveness.
- Comprehensive Intelligence Production: Lead the creation of actionable intelligence reports and briefings across Strategic, Tactical, and Operational levels, tailored for audiences ranging from security analysts to senior executives.
- CTI Lifecycle Management: Demonstrate expertise and lead the team in managing the full intelligence cycle (Collection, Analysis, Processing, and Dissemination), while supporting team members with day-to-day demands.
- Vendor / Source Management: Oversee relationships, contracting, and technical integration of Threat Intelligence providers within Brazil and Latin America.
- Advanced Collection and OPSEC: Lead collection efforts using specific OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) techniques, maintaining strict operational security during interactions and data gathering in groups or forums.
- Technology: Experience with the deployment of OpenCTI and other threat intelligence management platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
- Regional Focus: Maintain specialized expertise in the fraud landscape of Brazil and Latin America, translating insights into actionable intelligence and tactical deliverables for organizational assets.
- Threat Hunting Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of threat hunting practices.
- Complex Threat Analysis: Ability to understand complex threat scenarios, map key adversaries, and transform actionable intelligence into detection rules and recommendations for strengthening security controls.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence roles, malware analysis, or security research.
- Doctrine Knowledge: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience applying intelligence frameworks (e.g., Diamond Model, Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing threat data and correlating information from diverse sources to identify trends and adversaries.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, coordination, or mentoring of CTI teams and Defense teams.
