It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-To-Market team, and we are currently hiring a Sales Operations Manager to support and enable our global sales organization with actionable data insights.

This hybrid role is located in Dallas, TX and will be on-site two days per week in our Irving office location.

What will my role be?

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support and enable our global sales organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team is empowered with the right tools, data insights, and processes to achieve their quota and drive performance. The ideal candidate brings a passion for turning data into strategic action, thrives in a collaborative environment, and bridges the gap between sales execution and delivery capability.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Partner closely with the direct sales organization (30+ sellers) to enhance productivity through tools process improvements, and data insight-driven strategy.
  • Own the development, standardization, and enforcement of sales processes that improve forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and rep efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key sales metrics, activities, and trends.

Data Analytics & Strategic Insight

  • Dive deep into sales performance data to identify trends, surface bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership teams through compelling data narratives.
  • Drive root cause analysis on pipeline, win/loss patterns, and sales velocity to proactively shape strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work hand-in-hand with Delivery Operations to ensure pipeline and sold engagements align with delivery capabilities and resource capacity.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Sales and Delivery, helping to balance ambition with execution readiness and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Support joint goal setting and milestone tracking to ensure company objectives are consistently achieved.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and providing context and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify gaps in pipeline and implement plans to accelerate growth.
  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively surface areas of risk or concern.

What's Required?

  • This role follows a hybrid work model. Expected to be on-site two days per week. Specific in-office days can be determined collaboratively with leadership. The remaining workdays may be performed remotely, offering flexibility while ensuring strong alignment with key stakeholders during the onboarding and integration period.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics in a B2B (consulting) environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify key patterns, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with CRM, Power BI, or similar tools is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with delivery, finance, and presales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales funnel and its operational levers.
  • Professional, credible presence and excellent executive-sponsor presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Flexibility to travel when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent experience
