Deal Coaching & Execution

  • Actively support top pursuits with coaching, resource alignment, and executive engagement.
  • Personally develop expertise and authority in Quisitive’s priority solution areas (AI, Data, Security, Business Applications) to support client discussions directly and to help the team build similar knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure sellers consistently prepare for and deliver high-quality sales interactions with customers that advance opportunities and build trusted relationships.
  • Enforce rigorous qualification standards (budget, timeline, decision-making, business drivers) across all pursuits.

Microsoft Channel Engagement

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with Microsoft account teams (ATU, STU, CSU) and partner programs.
  • Ensure your team leverages Microsoft funding programs, incentives, and co-sell motions to accelerate growth.

Sales System & Discipline

  • Drive adoption of structured sales processes, emphasizing qualification, high-quality customer interactions, and CRM hygiene.
  • Instill a culture of preparation, accountability, and follow-through across your team.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

  • 10+ years of sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility and targets.
  • Previous sales experience that includes carrying $5M+ individual quota with 100%+ achievement.
  • Sales leadership experience managing senior AEs with $5–10M revenue expectations per seller, with a track record of helping them achieve success.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, including both recruiting and developing top talent and making timely personnel decisions when necessary.
  • Demonstrated success, leading teams delivering $25M+ in annual bookings.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, Dynamics, Data & AI, and Managed Services sales motions.
  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft’s co-sell programs, funding models, and field sellers.
  • Highly desirable: experience with organizations undertaking significant GTM model changes and/or solution transformation, bringing perspective on how to lead teams successfully through periods of change.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
