The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role for a proven sales executive ready to shape and scale Quisitive’s Dynamics 365 business during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Role Overview

As the Sales Director for Dynamics 365 you will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning new business, expanding strategic customer relationships, and driving recurring revenue across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Applications portfolio.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the go-to-market strategy, strengthening our Microsoft co-sell engagement, and positioning Quisitive as a leader in AI-enabled business applications.

The ideal candidate will be located in the United States, preferably: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Phoenix or Tampa.

What You’ll Do

Revenue & Growth Leadership

  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Dynamics segment.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of Account Executives, each responsible for delivering $5–10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Define and optimize territory and account coverage models to ensure maximum customer reach and Microsoft alignment.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and pursuit excellence, leveraging data and AI insights for decision-making.
  • Champion AI and Copilot-led transformation opportunities within Dynamics sales motions to accelerate customer value realization.

Build & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit, retain, and develop top-performing AEs with proven success in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Build a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous learning, with clear paths to success for each seller.
  • Empower your team with tools, enablement, and cross-functional support to consistently exceed targets.
  • Address performance issues directly and constructively, balancing empathy with accountability and decisive leadership.

Deal Coaching & Execution

  • Provide hands-on deal leadership and executive support for key enterprise pursuits.
  • Strengthen Quisitive’s value articulation around Dynamics and AI, helping customers connect technology to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure your team consistently applies structured qualification (MEDDIC or equivalent) and delivers world-class customer engagement.
  • Drive rigor and consistency in opportunity pursuit, proposal quality, and executive engagement.

Microsoft Channel Engagement

  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with Microsoft ATU, STU, and CSU leaders to ensure joint go-to-market alignment.
  • Leverage Microsoft co-sell programs, incentives, and funding mechanisms to accelerate pipeline growth and close velocity.
  • Serve as a visible Microsoft partner leader, representing Quisitive in key Microsoft business application initiatives and executive forums.

Sales System & Discipline

  • Enforce structured sales processes emphasizing qualification, forecasting, and CRM excellence.
  • Instill a culture of preparation, follow-through, and operational discipline across the Dynamics sales team.
  • Continuously refine sales enablement, reporting, and KPIs to drive predictability and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including multiple years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Applications
  • Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams responsible for $25M+ in annual Dynamics bookings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Account Executives with $5–10M annual quotas, achieving consistent overperformance.
  • Strong background in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing industry solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft partner co-sell motions, channel structures, and incentive programs.
  • Experienced leading teams through GTM evolution and solution transformation
