About this role:

  • Rackner is seeking a Training Instructor to support a DoD program, Platform One.
  • Platform One is a DoD enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging industry best practices, open-source software such as Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to instantiate CI/CD pipelines at various classification levels.
  • Rackner is working with the Platform One program to support these initiatives and provide technical services and expertise for the program’s success. 
  • Customer Experience is a Customer Facing team comprised of Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support. 

We are seeking professionals with experience / knowledge in a couple of the following:

  • Delivering technical training and workshops.
  • Training Project Managers (PMs) and Developers on technical topics.
  • Using and teaching DevSecOps principles and practices.
  • Platform One tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Conducting technical training sessions and workshops.
  • Virtual training platforms and tools.

What will make you successful:
  • Conduct virtual weekly training workshops for onboarding DoD product teams.
  • Deliver educational materials and provide live support during training sessions.
  • Ensure the best customer experience by maintaining appropriate student-to-instructor ratios.
  • Conduct post-workshop retrospectives and customer satisfaction surveys to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide monthly status reports on customer survey results and training effectiveness.
