About the Job:
Radicle Health is looking for a Director, Demand Generation. In this role, you will build and scale a best-in-class inbound, ABM, and digital demand engine that generates $4M+ in sales-accepted pipeline per quarter, with SEO, AEO, ABM, and referral channels as durable, compounding growth levers
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in Demand Generation.
- Revenue-Driven: Thinks in pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics.
- ABM/ABX Strategy: Has designed and run ABM/ABX programs with Sales that generated measurable pipeline.
- SEO Mastery: Expert in intent modeling, topic authority, and technical fundamentals.
- AEO Fluency: Wins in AI-driven discovery, featured snippets, and zero-click results.
- Analytical Rigor: Data-first, ROI-oriented decision-maker.
- Strategic Content Judgment: Knows what content should (and should not) exist.
- Collaboration: Trusted partner across Sales, Events, Product, RevOps, and CS.
- Leadership: Creates clarity, accountability, and results.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintains a high bar for clarity and cohesion.
- Grit: Executes in lean, imperfect environments.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Pipeline Generation
- Generate $16M+ in marketing-sourced pipeline annually ($4M per quarter), measured by sales-accepted opportunities created.
- Inbound and ABM-sourced pipeline is high quality, trusted by Sales, and repeatable
ABM / ABX
- Design and scale ABM/ABX programs for ICP accounts (primarily 1:few and 1:1).
- ABM/ABX becomes a consistent, measurable source of sales-accepted pipeline.
- ABM plays are tightly aligned with Sales on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up.
SEO & AEO
- SEO & AEO are top 1–2 pipeline-producing channels
- Radicle Health consistently appears:
- On page one for priority non-branded, high-intent searches
- In featured snippets and “best / comparison” queries
- In AI-generated answers and zero-click discovery environments
- Organic visibility reliably converts into opportunities, not just traffic
Inbound Conversion Effectiveness
- Inbound attracts high intent buyers and accelerates sales conversion
- Visitor → opportunity conversion improves q/q
Inbound Channel Cohesion
- Paid, website, and content operate as a single inbound system.
- Websites function as both a trusted source of truth and a conversion engine.
- Content investment aligns tightly to buyer intent and revenue impact.
Systems & Metrics
- Experience with ABX and Demand Generation platforms, examples: 6Sense, Demand Base, Clay
- Leverage Hubspot for clear, trusted attribution for inbound pipeline
- Leadership has clear answers to:
- Where inbound pipeline is coming from
- What content and channels drive opportunities
- What should be doubled down on or deprioritized
Referrals and Reviews
- Customer referrals are a consistent, trackable pipeline source
- Review platforms strengthen credibility & conversion
Team & Operating Rhythm
- Effectively lead 1 FTE & agency/contractor resources
- High accountability, quality bar, and decisive performance management

- Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 Base Salary with Bonus Eligibility
- Location: Remote
