YOUR ROLE:
Join RAPP’s Data Analytics team and help us bring both the voice of the customer and the voice of the CFO to the table. You’ll turn data into action, inspire smarter customer experiences, and make sure everything we do delivers measurable business impact.
We’re looking for a strategic data leader to shape the analytics direction across key client accounts and new business opportunities. You’ll lead a talented team of analysts, guiding their development and ensuring our work stays innovative, consistent and commercially sharp.
As Director, you will:
- Lead data-driven strategies that deliver growth, personalisation and performance for clients.
- Translate complex insight into simple, persuasive stories that influence senior decision-makers.
- Mentor and inspire analysts, building capability and confidence across the team.
- Champion automation, measurement frameworks and scalable analytics solutions.
- Partner with our Data Science, Enablement and Visualisation teams to create joined-up, high-impact work.
- Contribute to pitches, thought pieces and case studies that showcase RAPP’s leadership in data-driven marketing.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You’re a confident communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments. You balance technical understanding with commercial thinking and love helping teams grow.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar role in marketing analytics, customer insight or performance optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, tagging, measurement and test-and-learn design.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau and GA or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience leading teams, managing clients and driving operational excellence.
- A passion for innovation and a knack for turning data into stories that drive change.
