Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate, outbound sales who can own the end-to-end sales cycle,from prospecting to closure and initial account management.

Responsibilities

Own the complete outbound sales lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure

Work on a dedicated target list to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects

Conduct cold outreach via multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)

Enrich prospect data by researching companies, decision-makers, and relevant triggers

Experiment with and implement new outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups

Manage client relationships post-closure for an initial period to ensure smooth onboarding and experience

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in outbound sales / business development / hunting roles

Strong research and data enrichment skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments
