We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our growing organization! In this role, you’ll perform structured, practical tasks that support our operations and contribute directly to serving our clients and community.

What You’ll Do
- Perform daily responsibilities safely and accurately, following established procedures and protocols
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 3–5 years of related or similar work experience
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Attributes:
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
Work Environment
- Moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials (light to moderately heavy), and occasional lifting of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- May include exposure to various environmental conditions such as weather, noise, or chemicals
- PPE provided and required as necessary
Supervision & Decision-Making
- Works under close supervision with regular feedback and guidance
- Follows established procedures and standards
- Makes straightforward decisions within clearly defined guidelines
