Who we are looking for

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the automotive production floor and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You communicate clearly, stay calm when the unexpected happens, and take pride in hitting program goals without compromising safety or quality.. You likely bring 3–6 years of manufacturing experience with at least 1–2 years leading a team, emphasis on driving a Lean Manufacturing culture, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid hand tool knowledge—ideally with hands-on experience on machines like layup, consolidator, waterjet, CNC router, and/or press. Just as important, you're a coach and mentor at heart, with the judgment to make sound decisions and the drive to keep improving..

What you will get to do

As a Production Supervisor in our automotive value stream, you'll take ownership of daily production and the team that makes it happen—setting clear goals, coaching leads and operators, and keeping the line running at capacity.. You'll monitor performance and metrics, track and resolve downtime, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across your area.. Along the way, you'll ensure equipment stays in top shape, champion a safe work environment, uphold the quality standards our automotive customers demand, and collaborate across departments to keep safety, quality, and production information flowing throughout the facility

What you bring to the team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3–6 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience in utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools & concepts, such as 5S, Gemba, Kanban, Kaizen
  • Experience on the following machines strongly preferred: layup, consolidator, waterjet, CNC router, and/or press.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
