Rectangle Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead the launch, promotion, and performance of our groundbreaking new product, PayerSync. This pivotal role will drive market adoption, brand awareness, and revenue growth within the healthcare sector.

Position Overview

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our newest innovation, PayerSync, which revolutionizes how practices receive payments from insurance payment partners. You will begin as an individual contributor, managing a third-party agency, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful launch and setting the foundation to grow this solution. Your expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic vision will be crucial in achieving our revenue and sales goals.

Primary Job Duties:

 

  • PayerSync Launch Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and lead generation for PayerSync.
    • Oversee the development of compelling messaging, positioning, and campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
    • Manage a third-party agency to execute creative, media, and campaign strategies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Communicate the plan, timing, and ROI for all marketing tactics to EVP and executive team.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, customer experience, and other marketing teams to drive market share and revenue.
    • Develop programs, collateral, and initiatives that drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
    • Drive customer research and insights programs to inform marketing strategies.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Craft compelling marketing collateral that simplifies technical information and drives engagement.
    • Along with the agency, plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Monitor and optimize performance.
  • Partnership Growth:
    • Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned with overall go-to-market strategy.
    • Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams to co-create campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and awareness.
    • Manage co-marketing programs: webinars, case studies, co-branded content, events, and marketplace listings.
    • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and partner managers to ensure consistent messaging and enablement.
  •  Performance and Budget Management:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, including leads, MQLs, sourced revenue, and campaign performance.
    • Manage the marketing budget for PayerSync, including product launches, campaigns, and agency spending.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback:
    • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to monitor product feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Understand and document the buyer’s journey to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
    • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing improvements.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Healthcare. Product marketing experience a plus!
  • Proven success in launching and growing SaaS or cloud-based products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and the revenue cycle. Experience with payer payments / claims reimbursement preferred.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter to internal and external audiences.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and resourceful with the ability to flex with rapid change, anticipate, and act quickly on opportunities.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external constituents.
  • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Exemplary team player with a positive and professional approach to management.
