Ecomm Producer
The Ecomm Producer will work with the Creative Producer and Associate Director, Creative Producer in all areas of production, from pre-production through post-production of Ref still and video Ecomm shoots.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend and Produce all Reformation Ecomm Shoots.
- Ensure the Ecomm team hits weekly SKU goals and maintains the schedule on set.
- Support the Creative Producer and Associate Director, Creative Production with monthly shoot planning; including sending out weekly call sheets and communicating shoot schedules to other teams.
- Responsible for prop coordination and organizational studio needs such as craft services and set build outs.
- Coordinate bookings with modeling agencies, hair/makeup and freelancers.
- Work closely with photographers before shoots to handle equipment needs.
- Process invoices and fees for outside vendors.
- Maintain and create project timelines, schedules and Ecomm budget (including tracking invoice payments).
- Work closely with the Retouching team to maintain timelines and deliver final assets in a timely manner.
- Manage sending out samples for external content creation.
- Communicate closely with the Styling team, Art Directors, Sample Coordinators and Ecomm team to be sure the studio is working efficiently and has everything they need for Ecomm shoots.
- Own the Flatlay Shoot process in collaboration with cross functional teams.
What You’ll Need:
- Min 2 years of experience producing projects or directly related experience
- Understanding of Reformation’s brand look and feel.
- Strong communication skills.
- A clear understanding of the product and marketing calendar and all of its requirements.
- Living in Los Angeles or ability to commute to Frogtown/Vernon offices, you will work from the office almost every day.
- An understanding of the mix/balance of business, creative, and technical work.
- Proficiency with Google software, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to multitask, work on tight timelines, and remain calm in a fast paced environment.
- Negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
- Understanding of production budgets.
