RevOps Specialist

Position
We are seeking a RevOps Specialist to support our go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) by ensuring our systems, processes, and data run smoothly. This role is focused on day-to-day administration and user support across Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and related tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow into a broader RevOps career path.
This position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. The position is remote.
Activities
- Provide day-to-day user support for Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and related GTM tools.
- Manage data hygiene, including duplicate resolution, enrichment, and list uploads.
- Monitor lead routing, campaign tracking, and opportunity management to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Create, update, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, activities, and performance.
- Support onboarding/offboarding of GTM users across systems.
- Document processes, create how-to guides, and provide basic training to team members.
- Partner with senior RevOps teammates to roll out enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and escalate system issues as needed.
Proven Capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Comfortable learning and supporting business applications (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement).
- Clear and professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative working style with eagerness to grow skills and responsibilities.
Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft preferred (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bonus: exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, Workato) or reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
