Job Summary:

At Reltio, as the Sr Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top technical talent for the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. You will engaging senior business leaders across the globe and help them to understand global recruiting and build strategic recruiting plans. Additionally, you will mentor junior member in the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring goals. This position requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand technical hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Team mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing creative solutions, guidance, and support to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, to attract qualified candidates for technical/non-technical positions.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate technical skills to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and technical expertise.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, including technical assessments and onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Interview and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates' technical skills, assess cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers for final selection.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience through effective communication, timely feedback, and transparent recruitment processes.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior leadership to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions, fostering relationships with potential candidates through networking and proactive outreach.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in technical recruitment to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications across various domains, such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills using different sourcing channels.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment processes.
