
Growth Marketing Manager (East)
As Relyance AI’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, experimentation, and channel optimization. This will be a key role in designing and executing end-to-end campaigns that increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, your role will include:
- Event Management: You will own and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all marketing events, including trade shows, speaking engagements, and field events. You will focus on logistics, vendor coordination, and creating engaging attendee experiences.
- Social Media: You will support our social media strategy, which includes content creation, scheduling, and engagement to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead Nurturing: You will write, implement, and optimize email nurture series, blog posts, and other content to engage prospects, educate them, and guide them through the sales funnel.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that nurture leads and feed qualified prospects to the sales team. You will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and alignment.
- Team Collaboration, Organization, and Support: You will own the marketing calendar and assist in keeping the marketing team organized. This includes managing timelines, resources, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities.
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong focus on events, social media, and/or campaign management in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
- A highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
- The ability to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize daily tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams.
Bonus Points For
- Proficiency in Google Suite, social media platforms, a project management platform, a marketing automation platform, and a CRM.
- Experience in the security and/or privacy industry.
- An interest in AI and data governance.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000.
