
Growth Marketing Manager (East)
Relyance AI is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Growth Marketing Manager in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, experimentation, and channel optimization. This will be a key role in designing and executing campaigns from end-to-end that increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Own and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events (trade shows, speaking engagements, field events), focusing on logistics, vendor coordination, and creating engaging attendee experiences.
- Social Media: Support the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead Nurturing: Write, implement, and optimize email nurture series, blog posts, and content to engage prospects, educate them, and guide them through the sales funnel.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that nurture leads and feed qualified prospects to the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and alignment.
- Team Collaboration, Organization, and Support: Own the marketing calendar, assisting in keeping the marketing team organized, managing timelines, resources, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in growth marketing with strong focus on events, social media, and/or campaign management in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize daily tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, social media platforms, a project management platform, a marketing automation platform, and CRM is a plus
- Industry experience in security and/or privacy is a plus
- Interests in AI and data governance.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $95k to $110k.
