Position Summary

Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and team player to join our Sales Operations Team! As a Sales Operations Analyst (SOA), you will be responsible for providing support on various projects to promote revenue growth and retention. You will interface directly with the Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Management teams, and you will work alongside other revenue generation channels developed to support the growth objective. You will also work with the Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to provide cohesive support for our clients.

You will be expected to grow in expertise in the Remodel Health software platform, and its evolving features, as well as our core product, ICHRA+, as a SOA. This role will report to the Manager of Sales Operations who will help provide direction in response to the needs of revenue growth and retention. 

Responsibilities

  • Enter with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to see career growth within a sales organization that is producing rapidly
  • Support growth teams with proposal generation by providing plan design comparison, financial analysis, network analysis, and sales collateral
  • Understand the steps of the sales process across multiple delivery channels to help improve sales processes and better support the unique needs of each sales channel
  • Provide tracking data for revenue generation activity for Sales Leadership
  • Manage timeline expectations and deliver necessary materials in a timely, complete, and professional manner
  • Provide support to Implementation and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer journey
  • Provide additional project-based support for Sales Teams in line with the evolving needs of the organization
  • Function as an early adopter of new features platform features to provide first-hand expertise throughout all of Remodel Health
  • Ensure the accurate storage of data within the Remodel Health software platform
  • Seek continued improvement of internal processes with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide analysis on health insurance marketplaces and medical data

Qualifications

  • Time management skills. Able to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude. Willing to identify gaps and create solutions for internal processes
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Willingness to work with other internal team members effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to display exceptional customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales or high-traffic operations environment
  • Background experience in health insurance a plus, but not required
  • Data analysis understanding required

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Indiana Health License preferred

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
