We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Compliance team! The Compliance Analyst will ensure that our company adheres to legal and internal regulations. This candidate will work closely with our Head of Compliance to develop a strong compliance program around ERISA, BSA/AML, HIPAA and HITRUST and more. This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities
- Contract and Legal Document Execution: Manage the entire execution lifecycle, ensuring proper signatory authority, legal review, and secure archiving of all binding agreements.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Create, update, and implement company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory interpretation/analysis: Analyze and interpret new or changing industry and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
- Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits, test controls, and monitor business activities to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments to provide guidance, support, and training on compliance matters.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on compliance activities, manage external requests for information, and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance preferred
- Strong understanding of industry specific regulations and standards
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, ERM or Finance.
