The position
The Global Performance Marketing Manager will drive the success of regional performance marketing by working closely with regional field marketing teams to implement localized and regionalized campaigns across paid social and display channels. This role ensures campaigns are aligned with global strategies while meeting the unique needs of local markets, optimizing performance to achieve key business objectives.
What You Bring
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-region campaigns and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Display Network, and programmatic platforms like DV360.
- Skilled in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics and extracting actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing ad creatives, including video, static, and interactive formats, in collaboration with design teams.
- Experience with tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixel implementations), attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong communication skills to present strategies and performance insights clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Agile in adopting new platforms, trends, and techniques, with a proactive approach to testing emerging opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs for paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global paid social and display advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including creative development, audience targeting, and bid strategies across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and presenting reports focused on growth opportunities and key KPIs like ROI and CTR.
- Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across channels, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve campaign objectives.
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies using first-party data, behavioral insights, and demographic profiling to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies, continuously improving campaign efficiency.
- Manage relationships with platforms and external agencies, staying informed of platform updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining global consistency.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $ 34,300 USD to $ 77,150 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
