We are looking for an Executive Director of Brand Sales who wants to be in the middle of the most exciting transformation in marketing. This is a senior individual contributor role where you own the game. You will run the entire sales cycle with some of the world’s most recognized brands, from opening doors with CMOs and insights leaders to closing high-impact deals that change how they do business.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and drive net new revenue within a defined territory or named account list 
  • Prospect aggressively to generate a high volume of quality meetings with senior brand decision-makers 
  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements from prospecting through negotiation and close 
  • Present Resonate’s platform and solutions with passion and clarity to executives in data analytics, consumer insights, brand management, and marketing leadership 
  • Qualify opportunities based on timing, authority, budget, and strategic fit 
  • Understand the prospect’s organization, goals, and challenges and align Resonate’s solutions to deliver measurable business impact 
  • Build trusted executive relationships that establish Resonate as a strategic partner 
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to design compelling, client-ready solutions 
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and consistent reporting to sales leadership 
  • Consistently exceed quota while setting the standard for excellence across the sales team 

Qualifications & Experience Requirements   

  • 7+ years of proven success selling SaaS, analytics, data, or MarTech solutions directly to brand marketers 
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new logos and close complex enterprise-level deals ($250K+ ACV) 
  • Strong relationships with senior marketing and insights executives across major verticals 
  • Consultative and strategic sales style with the ability to uncover client needs and influence executive decision-making 
  • Skilled at managing complex deal cycles and navigating matrixed organizations 
  • High level of drive, curiosity, competitiveness, and accountability 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
