Manager, Marketing (Nail)

New York, New York

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.

Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.

Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

At Revlon, we’re transforming beauty with iconic brands and bold innovation. As Brand Marketing Manager for North America focused on Go To Market, you will own the commercial execution and activation across three nail brands: CND, SinfulColors and Revlon Nail. In this role, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful brand experiences across professional, retail and digital channels. This role blends creativity with business acumen — driving product launches, omni-activation programs, and cohesive communications that inspire nail professionals and consumers to fuel growth. This is an incredible opportunity to touch multiple brands across multiple distribution channels.

An industry pioneer with over 45 years of experience, CND is a global leader in professional nail art and care, providing premium, pro-quality products and services for every nail condition.

Since 1991, SinfulColors has taken pride in creating one-of-a-kind, break-the-rules nail polish colors. Cruelty-free and formulated without 17 harmful ingredients, level up your nail game at a steal not a splurge.

Backed by a 90+ year brand heritage, Revlon Nail helps you polish like a pro at home with an ultra-nourishing, fast drying, chip-resistant formula.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
