Summary- The Fine Wine Marketing team is looking for an integral member of the marketing team involved in developing, implementing, and communicating all marketing and brand initiatives. Works closely with internal Sales and Creative team. The coordinator will assist the Riboli Fine Wine team with all marketing and merchandising programs and activities supporting the estate portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Update and maintain brand websites using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and alignment on brand guidelines
  • Partner with the trade marketing team to manage coupon programs and promotional offers
  • Assist in executing 360° marketing programs and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials for key brands
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customized programs for chain and on-premise accounts
  • Coordinate internal creative projects (e.g. brochures, printed and digital marketing materials) from initiation through production, including print and shipment logistics
  • Manage external creative service requests (e.g., sales POS or tools), overseeing timelines, print production, and delivery
  • Oversee POS inventory management and fulfillment through third-party logistics (3PL) vendor
  • Manage e-commerce newsletters and promotional offers to drive online traffic and DTC sales
  • Support and manage wine club communications, offers, and member engagement initiatives
  • Pitch-in with wherever needed – this is an all-hands-on deck team environment
  • Support additional social media content for Highlands 41, Maddalena, Riva de la Rosa & San Simeon

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of wine industry or CPG experience preferred; 3+ years in coordination roles required
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience outside of social media or within the wine industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to complete projects and meet deadlines
  • This is a full-time, in-office position

Pay Range

$72,500 - $72,500 USD
