Summary- The Associate Brand Manager is a strategic and integral member of the marketing team responsible for maintaining brand consistency and driving engagement across key portfolio brands such as Stella Rosa, San Simeon, Spritz Del Conte, San Antonio, and more. This dynamic role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, managing brand identity across all touchpoints, and collaborating closely with internal Sales, Creative, and Digital teams.  The ideal candidate is passionate about finding innovative ways to engage consumers while supporting 360° marketing programs that drive both brand awareness and business results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Maintain consistency in brand appearance and execution across all consumer touchpoints
  • Participate in regular strategy and brand team meetings, contributing creative ideas to improve sales and brand engagement
  • Develop and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and providing actionable insights
  • Research innovative ways to increase brand engagement and consumer connection
  • Assist in executing 360° marketing programs and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials for key brands
  • Partner with trade marketing team to manage coupon programs and promotional offers
  • Collaborate with sales team to support customized programs for chain and on-premise accounts
  • Manage e-commerce newsletters and promotional offers to drive online traffic and DTC sales
  • Support and manage wine club communications, offers, and member engagement initiatives
  • Pull weekly sales, social, and digital reports, analyzing data and providing actionable insights
  • Track campaign performance against established KPIs
  • Coordinate internal creative projects (brochures, printed and digital materials) from initiation through production
  • Manage external creative service requests, overseeing timelines, print production, and delivery
  • Update and manage all brand-related assets on Brandfolder
  • Work collaboratively with digital media team, providing regular updates for strategic geotargeting
  • Manage and inspire agency partners to ensure brands are represented accordingly
  • Ideate, create, and manage creative content for all social media platforms, upholding brand identity
  • Leverage social marketing platforms (e.g., Sprout) strategically to maintain comprehensive content calendars
  • Execute social community management, responding to consumer comments and questions in brand tone of voice
  • Involved in all social media advertising across Facebook and Instagram
  • Update and maintain brand websites, ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the wine industry or CPG sector
  • Wine industry or CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Fluency with marketing platforms including Sprout, Asana, WordPress, and Brandfolder
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (sales teams, agency partners, influencers)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to complete projects and meet deadlines
  • Passion for marketing with a pulse on social and industry trends
  • Eye for detail and commitment to brand standards
  • This is a full-time, in-office position
  • All-hands-on-deck team environment requiring flexibility and adaptability

Pay Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD
