2026 Harvest Lab Intern - Riboli Family Winery

Role Summary:
Riboli Family Winery is offering Part-Time and Full-Time seasonal internships for our 2026 harvest season at our San Antonio Winery Production Facility in Paso Robles, CA. This seasonal role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, sustainably focused production facility certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA). Interns will support our small year-round team during the busiest and most exciting time of the year—harvest season! Internships start as soon as July 2026 and span through December 2026.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Perform daily fermentation checks (Brix/temperature)
- Collecting and process lab samples
- Conduct lab analysis (pH, TA, enzymatic testing, WineXRAY)
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
- Receive and prepare vineyard grape samples
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and production areas
- Communicate effectively with the winemaking and lab teams
- Ensure accurate and detailed record keeping
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Required to lift and move up to 40 lbs., when necessary.
- Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a physically demanding environment
- Capable of safely navigating stairs, ladders, and catwalks
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and time management
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
$19 - $24 USD
