Role Summary:
The Hospitality & Events Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for supporting event execution, VIP hospitality, and guest experience logistics across our Paso Robles locations, including but not limited to San Antonio Winery, Jada Vineyard & Winery, and San Simeon Estates. This role provides on-site support for events and experiences, working under the direction of the General Manager and Estate Experience Manager to ensure seamless operations.

The position focuses on coordination, preparation, and execution—ensuring that events, estates, and hospitality spaces are properly set up, guest-ready, and aligned with brand standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

•    Support set-up, execution, and breakdown of events at Paso properties
•    Assist with trade visits, VIP tastings, private events, and internal events
•    Provide on-site event-day support, including guest greeting and coordination
•    Assist Estate Experience Manager with execution of events at San Simeon Estates and Jada as needed
•    Assist with managing and tracking events and experience inquiries through Tripleseat
•    Support timely responses to incoming event requests and internal handoffs
•    Help maintain event calendars, confirmations, and basic event documentation
•    Support post-event follow-up and internal reporting as directed
•    Assist with preparing and coordinating hospitality houses for trade, family, and VIP guests, ensuring spaces are fully stocked, clean, and guest-ready
•    Assist with inspections prior to guest arrival and light follow-up after departures
•    Support coordination with vendors or internal teams for maintenance needs
•    Assist with hosting VIP guests, trade partners, and special tours
•    Support Paso tasting room and bistro during events or high-volume periods
•    Act as a brand ambassador across Riboli family winery properties
•    Assist with guest logistics, confirmations, and on-site coordination
•    Help maintain basic inventories for items such as, Event supplies, Linens, Tables, chairs, small equipment, etc.
•    Assist with event space organization before and after events
•    Support coordination of rentals and deliveries as needed
•    Travel occasionally across multiple locations assist with event set-up and breakdown, trade visit, and Special hospitality initiatives
•    Provide flexible support during peak event and visitation periods

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality- or events-related education a plus
•    2–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or guest services
•    Experience supporting events or VIP guests preferred
•    Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning event/reservation systems
•    Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
•    Professional, guest-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment
•    Dependable, detail-oriented team player open to direction
•    Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
•    Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site and travel locally

Pay Range

$27 - $29 USD
