Senior Product Manager, Enterprise
About the Role
As the Enterprise Senior Product Manager at Roo, you’ll lead a cross-functional squad focused on building and scaling the enterprise product- specifically for corporate entities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for delivering value to our largest customers, developing scalable tools that support complex organizational needs like scheduling, billing, reporting, and account management.
You’ll own the product strategy and execution roadmap for this hospital-facing product area, partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to ship features that drive adoption, engagement, and retention of enterprise customers. Your north-star metrics will tie directly to our “Roo Equation”—the model that drives our marketplace’s performance and revenue—ensuring that your work is always aligned with core business goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundation of Roo’s B2B SaaS platform, introducing new capabilities and efficiencies for hospitals navigating today’s veterinary labor shortages.
The role reports directly to the VP of Product. While remote, occasional travel to our San Francisco coworking space may be required for team meetings or onsite planning.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for enterprise hospital accounts, including multi-location groups and corporate entities.
- Deeply understand corporate workflows, dynamics, and business goals to inform product decisions.
- Design and launch tools that scale across multi-location networks, such as centralized dashboards, reporting, invoicing, scheduling, and permissions management.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Ops) to ensure product-market fit and a seamless customer lifecycle.
- Lead the product development lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—with a test-and-learn mindset that balances quality and speed.
- Use data and customer feedback to identify friction points and opportunities in the hospital journey, iterating toward measurable outcomes.
- Build for both external users (hospital admins, regional managers) and internal Roo teams (e.g., Sales Ops, Account Management).
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and shared success.
- Help shape Roo’s broader enterprise product strategy by identifying whitespace opportunities and influencing senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4+ years focused on B2B SaaS or enterprise product development.
- Proven success building tools for enterprise customers, ideally in a vertical SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace environment.
- Strong empathy for B2B users—you’re energized by solving real operational problems for complex organizations.
- Excellent collaboration skills—you thrive in cross-functional settings and bring teams together around shared goals.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define, prioritize, and execute on impactful work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong product intuition, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Data-driven decision-making—you’re fluent in using metrics and research to guide priorities.
- A bias for action—you know when to ship fast and when to build for scale.
- Experience influencing company-wide thinking and driving outcomes without relying on formal authority.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working on products for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare provider networks.
- Familiarity with B2B account structures, enterprise onboarding, usage analytics, or admin tooling.
- Prior work in a labor marketplace, staffing platform, or healthtech SaaS company.
While we are a remote first company, if you are based in San Francisco this will be a hybrid role. Please see below for examples of compensation ranges based on state averages.

$170,000 - $200,000 USD
New York pay range
$170,000 - $200,000 USD
Washington pay range
$155,000 - $180,000 USD
Colorado pay range
$145,000 - $170,000 USD
Texas pay range
$145,000 - $170,000 USD
North Carolina pay range
$135,000 - $160,000 USD
