Our growth includes recent acquisitions of Stessa (financial and asset management software), RentPrep (tenant screening and placement service for landlords), and Mynd (property management platform for both Retail and Institutional investors).
About the Role
The primary duties of this position are to manage a high volume of inquiries from applicants interested in leasing a residential home, assist the sales team, do continuous follow-up, and conduct in-person tours and Open Houses. Additional responsibilities will include contacting current residents to offer renewal terms while using your sales skills to retain the resident. Must be able to utilize phone, email, and SMS for customer support.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects by email, phone, and SMS
- Schedule showings for applicants
- Conduct In-person tours and host Open Houses
- Listing homes on the local MLS (HAR)
- Collect and aggregate documentation necessary for rental application screening
- Develop strong knowledge of available inventory
- Conduct weekly Community Inspections
- Maintain Model Homes / Office
- Train team members
- Track leasing metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field (i.e. hospitality, real estate)
- 2+ years experience in a customer service position
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in California
- Experience managing others, preferred
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
- High Attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use Google Suite
Location
This position is classified as Onsite and this person must be located in Sacramento, CA
Travel Required
This position will require some travel within the market.
Compensation
$40,000-$45,000 base salary with a tiered commission plan based on leases executed
Pay Transparency
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
