Job Summary

RPA is seeking an Assistant to the Local Video/Audio Investment Team.  This very important team member will ensure clients' TV/digital video and audio commercials are managed appropriately. Additionally, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are paid correctly and on time which may include discrepancy resolution.  An ideal candidate will have a passion for television and radio.  Furthermore, this person should have a strong desire to learn about the business of TV/online video, audio streaming and the entertainment industry. The position is also very relationship-based, so this person should be communicative and personable.  Strong organizational skills as well as time management is desired. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Assist buyers and supervisors on day-to-day tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all changes with all media partners
  • Maintaining a monthly budget
  • Be comfortable being responsible for multi-million dollar budgets

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, equivalent to $36,400 gross pay a year.
