Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Digital Media Planner to join the Honda & Acura team. The Digital Media Planner will co-manage two Assistant Media Planners. The ideal candidate requires digital media experience (display, video, mobile, programmatic, social media, and content programs) and a solid understanding of the digital landscape. Experience with digital planning and buying tools such as Campaign Manager, Prisma, and comScore are a must. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Campaign execution, optimizations, and reporting 
  • Researching and developing media recommendations
  • Stewarding and reconciling client budget
  • Training and supervising the Assistant Media Planner
  • Internal meetings to establish procedures, review new media, and receive input from account groups
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams for any status updates, trafficking, specs and creative needs 
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the agency (i.e., strategy, RAI, AdOps, etc.) throughout the campaign planning, execution, and reporting process  
  • External meetings with clients to review media recommendations and campaign reporting

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Digital media planning and buying background in automotive, entertainment or consumer packaged goods industry preferred
  • Previous experience planning/managing digital campaigns and knowledge of digital planning resources such as Campaign Manager, Innovid, comScore and Prisma/MediaOcean
  • Possess a sound understanding of and ability to teach general media concepts
  • Both awareness (upper funnel) and retail (lower funnel) planning experience is desired
  • Excellent organizational, math & communication skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency mandatory)
  • Be detail-oriented, conscientious, creative and strategic with your thinking
  • Demonstrates the ability to own a project from beginning to end while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Ability to manage numerous assignments and prioritize as well as collaborate with multiple teams (internally and externally)
  • Ability to present in both formal and informal situations
  • Experience with syndicated research tools (Nielsen, Kantar, comScore etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital 3rd party verification tools is preferred (DoubleVerify, IAS, Data + Math etc.)
  • Knowledge of data onboarding and cross-screen measurement tools such as Live Ramp/Data+Math

 

The salary range for this opportunity is $67,000 - $70,000 for candidates who align closely with requirements and expectations.
