We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth Marketing with a strong background in healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to join our team. This role is critical to driving our sales efforts by creating visually engaging, persuasive presentations, developing product value stories, and collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance the impact of our messaging. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling sales stories and visuals, understands sales strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role will be dynamic and fast-moving, which means the ideal candidate should be strategic, resourceful, decisive and execution-minded, but also personable and relationship-oriented. This role will report directly to the SVP of Marketing. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Design Engaging Presentations: Develop visually compelling and professional presentations that captivate and retain the audience’s attention using tools such as Google Docs, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand objectives and align design elements to support overall sales strategies. Ensure each presentation reinforces the company’s key messages and strengthens persuasive communication.
  • Develop Product Value Stories: Craft compelling product value stories that clearly communicate the unique benefits and differentiators of our offerings. Use data, case studies, and success metrics to highlight the value of our products to healthcare and PBM clients.
  • Customize Content for Target Audiences: Tailor presentation content to specific audiences, incorporating industry trends, client preferences, and market segments. Adapt visuals, text, and data for maximum impact, with a particular focus on healthcare and PBM clients.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, logos, and overall style, ensuring a consistent and professional look across materials.
  • Enhance Data Visualization: Translate complex data into clear, easy-to-understand visual formats such as charts, infographics, and diagrams, making the information accessible and engaging for clients.
  • Update Existing Materials: Regularly update presentation materials based on stakeholder feedback, product changes, or service updates to ensure that all content is current, relevant, and effective.
  • Be a Storyteller: Utilize a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase our services and capabilities, selling the brand and promoting the company as the top choice in the healthcare and PBM sectors.
  • Help Strategize and execute events and conferences. Help with the company's participation in key industry events and conferences, ensuring alignment with sales goals, maximizing brand exposure, and fostering potential client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan event logistics, promotional activities, and follow-up initiatives.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members, providing them with in-depth training on healthcare industry trends, PBM landscape, and company solutions. Ensure seamless integration into the sales process by offering ongoing support and resources to accelerate productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams including product, marketing, brand, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment of messaging and overall company goals.
  • Proven experience in healthcare and PBMs, with a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Expertise in marketing, brand management, or sales support, with a minimum of 8+ years of professional presentation design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Google Docs presentation design, with a solid understanding of the latest design trends, including visuals, charts, and graphics.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support streamlined presentation processes and ensure alignment with CRM data.
  • Proven ability to create product value stories that resonate with clients and highlight the unique benefits of our offerings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding visuals and graphics that align with the company’s messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a corporate team environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand and style guidelines, with the ability to communicate and teach these standards internally.

Salary Range:  125,000 - 150,000
