What You’ll Do

Position: Support Analyst 

  • Experience working in a related role such as order entry/management, inventory management, purchasing, shipping and RMA management activities.
  • Track incoming shipments, log all activity for inbound and outbound inventory, monitor inventory at DSA San Jose and other sites; work with appropriate parties for depletion plan, perform monthly cycle count, and reconcile inventory.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and execute RMA process with Samsung HQ. Branch Transfers – Coordinate, monitor, and execute inter-company transactions. Communication between technicians, RMA, Logistics, Sales team and HQ.
  • Create the code in the system upon sales team’s request if there’s any new Ship to customer, change or update the name/address change.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 4 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

  • Able to understand Inventory and Supply Chain concepts and policies
  • Proactively manages issues and activities and can prioritize well.
  • Strong communication, a highly motivated individual capable of working with limited direction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines while following explicit policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, monthly reports and works well in a team environment or as an independent contributor.
  • SAP experience is preferred, Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred as this position needs to communicate to HQ.

 

  • Responds to inquiries from management regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
  • Continuously apply process improvement methodology and mindset to execute meaningful and measurable improvement to the various existing processes in overall accounting operations.
  • Support quarterly external audits and perform technical accounting research.
  • Assist other team members’ daily responsibilities as a backup when necessary.
  • Participate in various ad-hoc special projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Accounting (large public company experiences desirable).
  • CPA and/or big 4 experiences preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of key business processes (financial close, order to collect, procure to pay, etc.).
  • Experiences and knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Strong project management/organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence others and earn respect of team and business partners.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • A results-oriented team-player with a self-motivated, proactive, and positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP system is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup).
  • You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base Pay Range

$25 - $30 USD
