Our responsibility as the primary service for all matters related to People within the Enterprise AI delivery team can be categorized into the following:

  • Sourcing, selecting and onboarding incredibly talented individuals
  • Deploying and allocating each person onto appropriate projects to fulfil business needs and their career aspirations
  • Supporting, developing and growing these individuals
  • Developing tailored processes, policies & procedures to meet the needs of Enterprise AI
  • Enhancing productivity and employee experience through systems & process automation
  • Serve as a trusted partner to provide employee support
  • Use appropriate systems to manage and update people data, generate reports, and provide analytics to support data-driven decision-making. 

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our next stage of growth. As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the entire technical recruitment lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on reducing time-to-hire and attracting top talent by building a strong tech talent pipeline. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions, building a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to strengthen our employer brand.

You will contribute to the recruitment and retention of highly skilled Technology Professionals while staying updated on technological trends and networking with technology experts. This role goes beyond day-to-day recruitment, you will be a thought partner to hiring managers, shaping strategic hiring initiatives and guiding them in adopting industry-leading hiring practices, and while making a lasting impact across our team.

Specific Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement and Management

  • Implement hiring plans aligned with business needs, managing priorities like budget, scope, and timelines.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on capacity planning to forecast team goals and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate hiring activities across teams, providing training and recruitment support.
  • Offer regular updates and insights on industry trends and internal hiring reports to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience by providing regular feedback to active candidates while building relationships with future high quality candidates.

Talent Sourcing

  • Engage with both active and passive candidates across various tech channels, communities, and tools, while sourcing potential talent on mainstream platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, while also using innovative methods and unconventional sources to broaden our reach and access diverse talent pools for present and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills and qualifications.
  • Perform market research in key talent regions to strategically build tech talent pipelines and improve hiring turnaround time.

Operational Excellence

  • Educate stakeholders on proper processes and policies to ensure compliance with hiring requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the ATS, while writing, posting, and updating hiring materials such as technical job descriptions, assessment rubrics, and assignments, all in adherence to hiring guidelines.

Data Analysis and Process Improvement

  • Analyse recruitment metrics and data trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technology roles; in-house experience in a tech company or tech-focused recruitment agency is preferred.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Fluency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for a high-quality customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of planning, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Data-driven mentality to consistently leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset to ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. 
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and teams.

‘Nice to have’ Skills

  • Experience working for a start-up or similarly fast-paced environment or demonstrated proactivity, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience hiring AI engineering talents.

Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential.
