About the role
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness and qualified leads around the world. Working with the VP of Marketing and internal stakeholders, the Director of Marketing creates and executes holistic marketing programs that ensure our value propositions both reach and resonate with target audiences in multiple vertical markets.
The position and marketing plans require the ability to pivot quickly as business priorities evolve in a fast-moving tech-services environment. As a key contributor to our nimble team, the Director of Marketing must be just as comfortable and capable as an individual producer as he/she is leading strategic marketing and planning discussions with Managing Directors.
This person will leverage his or her marketing experience to craft programs that include but are not limited to:
Specific Responsibilities
- Developing industry-relevant value propositions that align with the company’s mission and messaging
- Conceiving and managing industry-specific thought-leadership programs
- Events, sponsorships and speaking engagements (both owned and third-party)
- Organic and paid marketing campaigns (e.g. social, search and ABM)
- Email marketing (e.g. nurture flows, newsletters, bespoke outbound emails)
- Creating and maintaining industry-focused sales-enablement materials
- Partner co-marketing
- Media relations as appropriate
Requirements - Essential
- 10+ years of experience successfully marketing B2B consulting and/or tech services
- Experience developing and executing industry-specific marketing programs
- Proficiency working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to “think big” and be creative while still delivering tangible outcomes
- Proven track record delivering marketing programs that include the bullet points above
- A bias to action yet dedication to making prudent decisions based on data
- Positive and collaborative attitude working with diverse global teams
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a marketing-relevant field
- The ideal candidate also has experience marketing AI solutions and related technologies
