The Role
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to work on our Human Capital Management Team reporting to the Global Head of Human Capital Management. In this role, you will be responsible for compensation, benchmarking, year-end process, and other special projects.
What you’ll do
This candidate will cover the full compensation life cycle of employees globally: assist with new employee offers, utilize external and internal data to benchmark individual compensation, run the year-end process, evaluate promotions, assist with retention recommendations and implementation, and work through currency exchange challenges amongst other additional ad hoc tasks. This individual will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we are attracting, retaining, and engaging our exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans partnering closely with the Accounting and Payroll teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Exceptional excel skills and comfort in working with data and numbers
- Experience running a year end process, global exposure preferred
- Demonstrated experience with tactical benchmarking
- Possess a high standard of excellence in everything you do
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ownership and a track record of delivering results
- The ability to carry out multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with resilience and intellectual flexibility

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is a multi-manager platform that invests its capital with Internal and Partner portfolio managers, primarily on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, across four trading strategies; quantitative, fundamental equity, tactical trading and discretionary macro & fixed income. We have created a unique structure to provide global portfolio managers with autonomy, flexibility and support to best enable them to maximize the value of their businesses.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $175,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
