Recruitment Contractor - Hyderabad (6-Month Role)

We’re looking to hire a Contractor (6-months) for the Talent Acquisition team with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, screening & scheduling to recruit top talent and scale our ongoing hiring initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates and build pipelines
- Scheduling Virtual as well as In-person interviews and coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights through reports to support strategic hiring decisions
- Assist in the execution of campus hiring initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Candidates
- Manage the interview lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer
What you should have:
- 1–2 years of core, end-to-end in-house recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience with Greenhouse Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with both candidates and internal teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management
- A Graduate Degree
